If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Solis is a crew operations platform designed for general contractors and construction businesses. The Service includes tools for job site check-in and time tracking, photo documentation, crew management, and daily crew digests.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or discontinuation.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract. The Service is intended for business use within the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
If your payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved. Accounts with outstanding balances for more than 30 days may be terminated.
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By submitting Your Data, you grant Solis a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display Your Data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Data. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Data to the Service and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
We do not sell Your Data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle and protect Your Data.
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content created by Solis, is owned by Solis Core Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license to use it as described herein.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by Solis without obligation or compensation to you.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, mapping providers, and accounting software). These integrations are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Solis is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and you access them at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solis Core Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Solis in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We make no warranty that the Service will meet your specific business requirements. You are responsible for independently verifying any information produced by the Service before acting on it.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solis Core Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, Your Data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by reaching us through the waitlist signup on our homepage. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
Following account termination, we will retain your data for 90 days during which you may request an export. After that period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to first contact us through the waitlist signup on our homepage and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Solis SMS messaging program sends transactional text messages to authenticate users during account signup, login, and account recovery on the Solis platform. Messages are sent only in response to user-initiated actions and contain time-limited one-time verification codes. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on the Solis sign-in screen and tapping Sign In. At that step you see the following notice: "By tapping Sign In, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Solis (Solis Core Inc.) for account verification, including one-time sign-in and sign-up codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy." Only after you take that action does Solis send a verification code to the number you provided. You are not enrolled in any other category of messaging by opting in to verification messages, and SMS consent is never required to use unrelated parts of the platform.
You receive a verification message only when you initiate a signup, login, or account recovery flow that requires SMS authentication. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS verification at any time. Reply HELP, or email admin@coresolis.com, for help. Opting out of SMS verification may prevent you from completing signup, login, or account recovery. To restore access you may need to use an alternate verification method or re-enroll by entering your phone number again in the application.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or any SMS-related data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your phone number only with our SMS service provider (Twilio Inc.) and only as necessary to deliver verification messages to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To participate in Solis messaging, you must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
After you opt in, the SMS text message you receive looks like this: "Solis: your verification code is 123456. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." These are one-time verification codes only. We do not send any other type of text message.
