You can request deletion of your Solis account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, what is retained, and how to submit your request.
Send an email to admin@coresolis.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number associated with your account.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
When you request account deletion, Solis Core Inc. will permanently delete:
Deletion is applied across all Solis systems, including our database, file storage, and authentication service.
Certain data must be retained for legal and regulatory reasons even after your account is deleted:
Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by the IRS and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. This applies to subscription billing records for contractor accounts.
Proof-of-work records (photos and job documentation submitted as part of a completed job) may be retained for up to 7 years to support legal claim defense and warranty documentation. This data is segregated and not used for any other purpose.
We will tell you which of these exceptions apply when we respond to your request.
You do not have to close your account to request deletion of specific data. You can submit a targeted request to admin@coresolis.com specifying what you want removed. We support:
